What to expect on your first visit:

When you call, we arrange for a complimentary visit to your home to:

• Meet you and your pets
• Get detailed information about providing for your pets and home
• Get a veterinary release
• Pick up a door key
• Complete a service agreement
• During this visit, you customize your service plan according to your pet’s needs. You determine the number of daily visits that suits your pet best and what services your pet needs.

We recommend a minimum of one visit per day for cats and two visits a day for dogs.
